Dear family & friends,
I feel like I’ve been in here for 2 weeks, but it’s only Thursday night. This place is awesome! My brain feels like it’s going to explode at the end of each day. My companion’s name is Elder Pryor. He’s from Tacoma, Washington and he’s a cool dude. He is a swimmer and can go 100 yards underwater. We’ve been doing a lot of studying, we sing a lot of hymns, and we feel the Spirit a lot. Our class periods are 3 hours long, and we regularly have 1 hour personal study time.
I really like the Elders in my District. Five of us are going to Santa Rosa, California and 5 of them are going to Arizona. Our Zone leaders are both ASL missionaries, but I can’t remember where they are going. And our Branch President, President Born, was the first ever ASL missionary called. They’re really fun.
I found out I leave the MTC on November 21st. I’m glad, because even though I like it here, I really want to get to Cali. Oh and Kylen was right, this place is all about attitude. If you have a good attitude you’ll love it! I’ll try to write as many letters as I can. It’s hard to find time. I miss you all! — family and friends.
Love you all,
